Job Summary

  • As an Avionics Design Engineer on the Starlink team, you will own harness design from concept and component selection, through to production, qualification, and system integration.
  • Perform analysis and physical testing (both mechanical and electrical) of harnessing with respect to thermal, loads, vibration and shock to ensure full qualification for flight.
  • Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Salary

Avionics Design Engineer/Level I: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year; Avionics Design Engineer/Level II: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year; Bonus/Equity: Long-term incentives (stock, options, cash awards), discretionary bonuses, ESPP; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, paid holidays
