Salary
Base: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: commission based off department/net, and bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, department production; Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs

Key Requirements
2-3 years Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience
Toyota Brand experience highly preferred
Spanish speaking preferred
