Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years progressive quality leadership experience
  • 5+ years senior leadership managing global teams
  • Experience in HPC, AI, networking, or comparable industries
  • Proven ability to build and scale QMS
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, APQP, FMEA
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, EMA compliance
  • Supplier qualification and audit experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
