Must-have
Accredited School of Nursing graduation
Active State Board of Nursing license
MDS assessment completion and submission
PDPM tool utilization tracking
Interdisciplinary care plan coordination
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
3 years supervisory experience preferred
Long Term Care experience preferred
PCC software knowledge
Microsoft Suite proficiency
