Must-have
Audit planning and execution
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and SOX-404
Handling portfolio of listed clients
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills

Experience with IPO engagements
Good business acumen
Understanding of risk management issues
Familiarity with regulatory and reporting standards
Key Requirements
Recognised degree in Accountancy
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
