Job Summary
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of IQ Fiber's growing vehicle fleet, currently exceeding 200 vehicles across 5 states and expanding rapidly.
This role ensures fleet assets are deployed efficiently, operated safely, maintained proactively, and governed in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
The Fleet Manager owns fleet lifecycle management end-to-end, including vehicle acquisition, assignment, maintenance, compliance, reporting, and disposition.
