Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to maintain, improve and control the safe and efficient function of plant manufacturing and facilities equipment.
  • Candidates must develop and maintain PM/PdM programs in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMPs, and site quality requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-year degree required
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Understanding of mechanical electrical pneumatic equipment
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and GMPs

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in clean room environment
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools
