• The Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions.

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in people management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related
• Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
• Experience in investment banking institution(s)
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses
