Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
  • Degree in Social Work or community services
  • Experience supporting homeless individuals
  • Trauma-informed and client-led support knowledge
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence

Nice-to-have

  • Strong connection to local communities
  • Understanding of complex needs including family violence
  • Ability to build relationships with courts and housing providers
  • Confidence working independently

Key Requirements
