Employees will help clients access short-term and long-term housing solutions while creating simple support plans based on individual needs and goals.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have

Degree in Social Work or community services
Experience supporting homeless individuals
Trauma-informed and client-led support knowledge
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
