  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • 10+ years clinical pharmacology experience
  • Population PK/PD modeling with NONMEM or Monolix
  • Regulatory submission authoring for IND/NDA/BLA
  • PBPK and semi-mechanistic model development

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with LNP-delivered gene editing therapeutics
  • Proficiency in R programming for data analysis
  • QSP modeling platform expertise
  • Bayesian methods and optimal design knowledge

Key Requirements
