Job Summary
The Clinical Systems Analyst I supports inpatient pharmacy operations at Marymount Hospital, a community-focused facility serving Med/Surg and behavioral health populations.
This role functions as a subject matter expert for Pyxis and pharmacy automation systems, overseeing daily and monthly controlled substance monitoring, supporting purchasing as a backup to the pharmacy buyer, and leveraging data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Working within a close-knit, collaborative team, the analyst partners with pharmacy leadership and enterprise peers, participates in Medication Management meetings, and assists with workflow optimization and staff training, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy operations.
