Job Summary

  • You will contribute to the strategy of the Blending Business Line, frequently liaising with the Global HR of the Business Line, and lead the HR activity for the EMEA region.
  • You will deploy HR processes according to Group policy (performance management, recruitment, talent management and succession plans, compensation, training plan, etc.).
  • You will advise and support managers to help them resolve their issues and develop their teams, through HR policies and tools and current legislation.
