Job Summary
You will contribute to the strategy of the Blending Business Line, frequently liaising with the Global HR of the Business Line, and lead the HR activity for the EMEA region.
You will deploy HR processes according to Group policy (performance management, recruitment, talent management and succession plans, compensation, training plan, etc.).
You will advise and support managers to help them resolve their issues and develop their teams, through HR policies and tools and current legislation.
