Job Summary

  • The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies based on the businesses’ short-term and long-term talent needs across various groups within the Commercial organization.
  • This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Leader, Commercial and will drive the hiring process while executing the recruitment strategy as the primary point of contact for assigned functions.

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid candidate assessment skills
