Responsible for territory sales targets, building relationships with internal & external customers, developing new customers, monitoring competitor activities, and handling customer complaints.
Track IOL/OVD/Phaco market-share, keep track of competition actions, and proactively ensure market leadership in the assigned territory/state.
Develop sound product knowledge, share territory development plans, conduct scientific programs regularly, and maintain field reporting discipline.

Key Requirements
