Job Summary
The Field Specialist Apprenticeship is designed to build technical skills in the production operations discipline and gain hands-on experience in field operations.
Apprentices will work closely with a dedicated mentor, complete two assignments across different operational areas to develop a broad understanding of how teams and functions work together to safely deliver production and minimize downtime.
This is a temporary 6-month field-based position providing direct exposure to Chevron Way Values and a strong safety culture.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work shifts and weekends
Live within 50 miles of work location
Minimum 2.5 GPA in core classes
Applied Associate's degree or equivalent/certificate program with experience
