Job Summary

  • The Field Specialist Apprenticeship is designed to build technical skills in the production operations discipline and gain hands-on experience in field operations.
  • Apprentices will work closely with a dedicated mentor, complete two assignments across different operational areas to develop a broad understanding of how teams and functions work together to safely deliver production and minimize downtime.
  • This is a temporary 6-month field-based position providing direct exposure to Chevron Way Values and a strong safety culture.
