Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate degree or Certificate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Technology or Instrumentation
  • Completion of AEP Apprentice progression
  • Applicable years of experience depending on education level
  • Appropriate State driver's license
  • Successful completion of Power Plant Maintenance Selection System (MASS) test
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and respond to callouts
