Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or 3 years relevant equivalent
8 years healthcare, insurance, business, finance, or customer service
Experience supervising or leading a team of at least 5 agents
Healthcare experience
Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, follow-up, finance, accounting, or customer service
