Job Summary

  • Lead, drive and direct the Life & Health front-end technology Solutions Delivery function across FWD Group to collaborate with markets and functions for technology solution prioritization and execution.
  • Define measurable and quality metrics for solutions, plan and design systems for scale, harmonization and reusability, and advise on solutions prioritization and delivery.
  • Lead and manage multi-geography teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and continuous improvement of team performance and competencies on solution deliveries.
