Job Summary
Provide leadership and tactical direction for the Transportation department within Gate Gourmet Large operations, overseeing all aspects of daily operations including employee relations, training, safety, and discipline.
Responsible for leading daily activities to ensure achievement of labor targets, manpower allocation, space utilization, transportation routing, flight delivery coordination, and meeting kitchen departure times.
Supervise and support lower-level managers/supervisors, conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage employee retention and development.
