Job Summary

  • Provide leadership and tactical direction for the Transportation department within Gate Gourmet Large operations, overseeing all aspects of daily operations including employee relations, training, safety, and discipline.
  • Responsible for leading daily activities to ensure achievement of labor targets, manpower allocation, space utilization, transportation routing, flight delivery coordination, and meeting kitchen departure times.
  • Supervise and support lower-level managers/supervisors, conduct performance evaluations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage employee retention and development.
