Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Designer within the CREDDI team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the technical excellence of workplace projects across the global portfolio.
You will act as a technical authority and integrator, bridging design intent with construction reality, ensuring that all projects are robustly detailed, coordinated, compliant, and aligned with CREDDI standards and strategic priorities.
This role is largely focused on RIBA Stages 3 onwards driving quality and consistency across technical design and construction documentation.

Key Requirements
~8–10 years’ experience in technical design and delivery
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Building Services, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
Strong knowledge of Building systems (MEP), Construction detailing, and Building codes
