Job Summary

  • As a Senior Technical Designer within the CREDDI team, you will play a leading role in ensuring the technical excellence of workplace projects across the global portfolio.
  • You will act as a technical authority and integrator, bridging design intent with construction reality, ensuring that all projects are robustly detailed, coordinated, compliant, and aligned with CREDDI standards and strategic priorities.
  • This role is largely focused on RIBA Stages 3 onwards driving quality and consistency across technical design and construction documentation.

Key Requirements

  • ~8–10 years’ experience in technical design and delivery
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Building Services, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
  • Strong knowledge of Building systems (MEP), Construction detailing, and Building codes
