Lead the implementation and launch of new assays, recruit, hire, and develop high-performing staff, providing mentorship and clear performance management.
Ensure full compliance with CAP, CLIA, ISO, state, and corporate regulatory requirements, while maintaining strong working knowledge of laboratory testing and fostering a safe work environment.

Experience in a high-volume laboratory setting
Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and state regulatory requirements
