Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proven experience in Infrastructure sector
Experience with estimating software packages
Ability to produce detailed estimates from first principles
Nice-to-have
Chartered status or working towards it
Membership of RICS, CIOB, or A. Cost E.
Flexible working environment preference
Key Requirements
Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
Relevant successful experience in large project environments
Membership of relevant professional body with chartered status
