Must-have
3-5 years facilities maintenance experience
1-2 years supervisory or lead capacity
Working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
Proficiency with CMMS software
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

Excellent communication with all organizational levels
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
