Job Summary

  • Provide new hire training to Caterpillar employees and agency associates, responsible for coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling other required training as needed.
  • Assist the production floor with additional coaching and training of current assemblers, review and assess employee work training needs, and update training plans and programs.
  • This is a part-time, 1st shift hourly position in Athens, GA, starting at $26.62/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
