The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes in condition.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing personnel meetings for service improvement.
