Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP solutions
Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
Managing project budgets and P&L ownership
Executive stakeholder communication and steering committees

Key Requirements
Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) title level
6-8 years of prior consulting experience
Demonstrable experience in Higher Education customer base
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
