  • Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, and assisting in providing good communication between employees, residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Responsibilities also involve assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and participating in discharge planning and resident assessments.
