• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Five to eight plus years of relevant experience
• Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems, paid media platforms, and analytics tools
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
