Job Summary
This role owns the full hardware quality loop from RMA diagnostics and hands-on rework through root cause analysis to driving design improvements.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between field failures and design improvements, working directly with a contract manufacturer to ensure changes land in production.
You must be equally comfortable using a soldering iron for component-level repairs and utilizing Altium Designer to update schematics and BOMs.
