  • The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating as per the nursing process.
  • The Registered Nurse is expected to direct, delegate, and coordinate all nursing care provided by the LPN, CNA, Patient Care Companion, and Unit Clerk consistent with their roles, responsibilities, and skill level.
  • Serves as the patient advocate by providing compassionate nursing care, which is individualized to meet the special needs of each patient.
