Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Associates Degree in Electrical Technology
  • 3+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
  • Rockwell Automation AB ControlLogix experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring electrician trainees through OJT
  • Experience with servo drives and VFDs
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with SAP maintenance functions
  • Working knowledge of electromechanical systems

Key Requirements

  • Associates Degree or 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Must pass pre-employment assessment and drug screening
  • Must pass post-offer Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
  • Internal applicants require Level IV/V status or specific tenure
