Job Summary
Provide restorative education, support and assistance to staff and residents, including assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while participating in quality management and completing audits.
Coordinate nursing team's resident care assignments, respond to changes in resident condition, and assist with program implementation for the Nursing Department.
