Job Summary

  • Provide restorative education, support and assistance to staff and residents, including assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks and resident-specific goals, while participating in quality management and completing audits.
  • Coordinate nursing team's resident care assignments, respond to changes in resident condition, and assist with program implementation for the Nursing Department.
