Job Summary

  • As a Group Operations Manager, you’ll lead the operational and business performance of all Summerset villages across the Wellington and Otago regions.
  • You’ll be part of our Operations Leadership Team, working alongside Village Managers and senior leaders across clinical, development, property, sales, and support teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
