Key Requirements
B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial or related) with 14-16 yrs of experience
Minimum 4-5 yrs of experience managing small or medium size teams
First line management experience in high-pressure environments
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Recruitment, training & developing, and coaching team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain management
