The role involves leading protocol mastery, elevating site performance, recruiting and developing a high-calibre FCA team, and orchestrating cross-functional delivery to accelerate speed, quality, and consistency.
The position offers the opportunity to be a founding senior member of AstraZeneca’s Australian Cell Therapy Clinical Operations capability, operating with scale and influence across multiple studies and indications.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health-related field
Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MSc, NP/PA, MD/RN or equivalents)
5+ years oncology/haematology or advanced therapies experience
Strong GCP and clinical operations expertise
People leadership or senior coaching experience
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
