Job Summary

  • You will provide end-to-end administration of global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans, including phantom awards, ensuring accuracy and strong governance.
  • Act as the operational lead for annual salary review and bonus cycles across multiple markets, ensuring rewards processes are delivered in line with global policies, controls, and agreed timelines.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and monitor compliance with global policies and local regulatory requirements.
