Job Summary
This position is essential to the daily operations of the long-term service and support (LTSS) programs serving older and disabled adults.
You will provide housing transition support, housing information and referral, housing assessment to enrollees of Maine’s Money Follows the Person demonstration grant and for adults statewide.

Key Requirements
