Base: Competitive compensation package; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus $25,000, Monthly volume bonus, Quarterly bonus (up to 5% of base salary); Benefits: Health, dental, vision, CME allowance, Retirement plans with employer contributions and matching, Professional liability coverage
