The role requires participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in the facility's quality assurance program.
Essential duties include ensuring sufficient staffing levels, delegating authority to Charge Nurses, and providing direct nursing care such as starting IVs and monitoring medication passes.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
