Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Minimum 2 years enterprise network experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Layers 1–7
  • In-depth knowledge of routing and switching
  • Experience with Cisco, F5, Palo Alto platforms
  • CCNA certification required

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud connectivity
  • Experience supporting multi-site hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services
  • Ability to mentor Level 1 and 2 teams
  • Vendor management and SLA monitoring skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of IT network operations experience
  • CCNA certification required
  • CCNP or vendor-specific certifications preferred
