Job Summary

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and serve as the Charge Nurse during the NOC shift, overseeing CNAs and ensuring high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents for changes in condition, and report to RN Supervisor or physician, while accurately documenting all care provided in the EMR system.
