Job Summary

  • You will lead Oncology scientific communications strategy and execution for assigned Pfizer programs and across a tumor area—driving a single, evidence-anchored scientific voice aligned to Therapeutic Area priorities and ensuring effective tactical delivery.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week with 15-20% travel and work across different time zones.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00 with eligibility for a 20% bonus target and participation in Pfizer’s share based long term incentive program along with comprehensive benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Medical Communications or Medical Affairs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects under deadlines
  • Experience working in regulated environment
  • PhD/PharmD with 7+ years or MS with 8+ years preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Permanent US work authorization required
