Job Summary

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact and proactively manage the relationships of clients by being the trusted advisor and to drive the resolution of issues.
  • Develop, implement and monitor key account service level agreements with assigned clients (SLA’s) and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve client queries.
