Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, and monitoring for skin breakdown or other health issues.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental teams
Strong communication skills for reporting grievances
Comfortable assisting with lifting and transporting residents
