Job Summary

  • Director, Business Intelligence will serve as a strategic partner for Commercial and Medical Affairs Teams to support the launch and commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology portfolio in Europe and New Markets.
  • This position will manage the ongoing implementation support for Field BI Tools and other Technology Platform needs of the teams and serve as a strategic partner aligning technology solutions to support business strategy and initiatives.
  • Build and own the vision and roadmap of evolution of Field Insights solution across regions built upon regional priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Good team management skills both direct and matrix
  • Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge
  • Understanding of best practices around Technology Product Management
  • Experience working in fast paced environment servicing large number of Field users
