Job Summary
Develop, organize, implement, evaluate, educate and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census.
Oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of customer satisfaction surveys and ensure that public information describing the services provided in the facility is accurate and fully descriptive.
Conduct visits to the facility to assess, train and monitor administrative staff, creating action plans as needed to facilitate growth and development.
