Job Summary

  • The NA/LatAm Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring that accurate payrolls are processed for all employees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • This position will oversee payroll processing by NA/LatAm Payroll Lead, provide customer service to internal and external customers, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
  • Manage the daily operations of the payroll department, including review and approval of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for two U.S. legal entities and two global entities.

  • Advanced Workday Payroll and HCM proficiency
  • Experience with third-party payroll providers
  • CPP or PCP certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
