Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for executing precision preparation and finishing operations such as painting, broaching, and balancing on assigned work orders.
  • The position offers a starting pay rate of $20.80 per hour with increases every 90 days based on performance during an 18-month training period.
  • Candidates will work the 3rd shift from 8pm to 6am Sunday through Wednesday nights and receive a $2.75 per hour shift differential.

Key Requirements
