To analyze & collect data to evaluate existing and potential target market segments, whilst monitoring competitors and researching market conditions that effect the Sales & Catering process.
Prepare correspondence (group proposals, contracts, form letters, internal forms, etc.) and provide administrative support (including preparation of travel arrangements) as required by the Director of Sales /Director of Marketing.
