  • The HEMM Operators Training Programme is designed to develop safe, skilled, and competent operators for mining operations with a target of providing a ready pool of well-trained candidates to take up positions as Dangote Cement certified mines HEMM Operators.
  • The training programme will combine behavioural screening, safety training, classroom instruction, simulations, workshops, and intensive field practice to prepare participants for effective and safe operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
  • Successful candidates will have access to free hostel accommodation, basic health care, monthly stipends, certification, and eligibility for employment as HEMM Operators subject to vacancies.
